Treat at the RANCH

WHAT:
Lizette's Graduation Treat from Papa

WHEN:
March 26, 2012

WHERE:
Holy Cow Steak Ranch and American Grill at
Level 3 Mega Atrium, SM Megamall, Ortigas

My husband, being the BIG man on the house has little surprises all the time.  He may not show it the way ordinary father demonstrates affection towards his family and he may sound so crabby sometimes... but his quite biting temper just fade away like a whirlwind.

Pye (as I called him) never fails to take time and effort to treat us out for a scrumptious lunch or delightful dinner... especially during special occasions like Lizette's graduation last March 24.

We went to SM Megamall for some family bonding and to celebrate of course.  We practically rambled around Atrium to find a nice dining place with our most favorite dishes.  Actually, any restaurant with FRIED CHICKEN will do because my son, Kurt loves that "rare" delicacy. (LOL!) and we stumbled upon this

While we were eating, I took some pictures of the kiddos and look at these charming faces... My adorable children never hesitate to strike wacky poses...

The food was not that perfectly delicious... somehow lacking on something that didn't satisfy our taste buds but the service was just fine.  We did enjoy the Choco Oatmeal  Cookie ala Mode.  It was really a great blowout and these photographs will show how much we enjoyed.

Another family day had added to our collection of memories that truly made us closer together.  Every time we go out either to dine or go malling... we have fun and the joy is just overwhelming. Time will come that our children  will have their own "GIMMICK" or "LAKAD", we may not be together as often as we do now. In the meantime, my hubby and I will savor the moment while it lasts.

  2. Pag steak talaga o beef laging may lacking which usually can be solved by adding either salt and pepper or steak sauce. The food looks delish! Good luck to Lizette for the next chapter in her life. I do hope she chooses a course best suited for her.

  13. Congrats again to your lovely daughter! It's quite true about savoring each moment while it lasts, especially for parents like you. I've seen this as my siblings started to grow up and have their own gimiks w/o us.. As for Holy Cow, I've never tried them yet. But the snapshots were superb, looked very delish!

  17. This is a very sweet post. And I'm not referring to the food. I don't have kids but this really rang true: Time will come that our children will have their own "GIMMICK" or "LAKAD", we may not be together as often as we do now. In the meantime, my hubby and I will savor the moment while it lasts.
